What is WHR?

Waist-Hip Ratio measures where you carry weight. Higher ratio = more fat around midsection = higher health risks.

Men: Below 0.90 = low risk, 0.90-0.99 = moderate, 1.00+ = high
Women: Below 0.80 = low risk, 0.80-0.84 = moderate, 0.85+ = high
